California Reaper

Description: Cross between a Carolina Reaper and Jay's Peach Ghost Scorpion. I have sold the Reaper x JPGS for several years, but now acquired seeds as the named California Reaper. I still believe this to be the same thing, but I do notice a lot more of the pods closer to a reaper shape with this one than with the standard JPGS. This is one of my favorite peppers to grow. They always produce great and have some really gnarly and nasty pods. They taste very good, super hot and very simlar to a JPGS to me. This is one that always finds a spot in my garden every year.
The filial generation of this pepper is uncertain, which means it could still be unstable. You may see variations in your grow from this description.
