Description:  Very nice tasting and productive baccatum variety.  They ripen to yellow and have a sweet mild heat.  Some people can detect a hint of lemon taste, but that is something my taste buds are unable to pick up.  I love these powdered and added to spice mixes for a nice added flavor.
